Silicon nitride ceramic balls are precision ceramics sintered at high temperatures in a non oxidizing atmosphere, with high strength, high wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, long-term use in seawater, and excellent performance in electrical and magnetic insulation. At 800 ºC, the strength and hardness remain almost unchanged, with a density of 3.20g/cm3, which is almost 1/3 of the weight of bearing steel. When rotating, the centrifugal force is small, and high-speed operation can be achieved. It also has self-lubricating properties and can be used in environments with high pollution without lubricating media. Becoming the preferred material for ceramic bearings and hybrid ceramic ball bearings.
The characteristics of silicon nitride ceramic ball:
1: Good roundness, smooth surface, brightness, high density, good strength, and high hardness
2:Excellent stability, resistant to strong acids and alkalis.
3:Excellent toughness, compressive strength, etc., and is resistant to impact and not broken.
4:Low wear (ppm level), minimal wear on equipment

9: Non magnetic, non-conductive, insulated
10: High temperature resistance, with almost no change in strength and hardness at 800 degrees Celsius
